Returns, Defective Items, Cancellations, and Refunds
Please contact us at [rodiconnect@gmail.com] to receive instructions on how to proceed with returns. Items returned without prior contact will not be processed, so please be aware of this.
Refunds will be issued after the return process is completed.
If the return or exchange is due to customer preference, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Return Period
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for returns/exchanges. Items that have been used, washed, or damaged/soiled by the customer cannot be returned.
Sale items, outlet products, and lucky bags are non-returnable.
