Shipping fees vary depending on the region and product.
Free shipping is available for orders totaling ¥11,000 (tax included) or more.

Small Items: ¥350 (tax included)

■ International Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary by country. Please check at checkout.

■ Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping

A flat handling fee of ¥500 is charged per order for COD shipments.
For small items (shipping fee: ¥350), the difference from the *standard shipping fee will be added to the total payment amount.

[Total payment amount] + ¥500 (COD fee)

◆ For Small Items (Additional ¥500 + Shipping Difference)
[Total payment amount] + ¥500 (COD fee) + (*Standard shipping fee - Small item shipping fee ¥350)

Example (Kanto region, Small Item):
[Total payment amount] + ¥500 (COD fee) + ¥800 - ¥350 = Total Additional Fee: ¥1,000

Products will be delivered via shipping or can be picked up in-store.

■ Product Delivery Time
In-stock items are usually shipped or available for pickup within 24 hours after payment. Backorder items typically ship within 3 business days but may take longer due to holidays or stock availability.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, and traffic conditions.

■ Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations

Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect.

■ Return Policy

Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. Used, washed, or damaged items cannot be returned.
Sale items, outlet items, and lucky bags are non-returnable.
