■ 返品・不良品・キャンセルとご返金について

rodiconnect@gmail.comまでご連絡を頂いたのち、当店から手順を連絡させて頂きます。
ご連絡が無く、商品だけをご返送の場合はご対応出来ませんのでご注意下さい。
ご返送完了後にお客様へのご返金となります。
お客様都合による返品/交換の場合、送料は全てお客様のご負担となります。

返品期限

ご返品/交換は商品が届いた日から7日以内にご連絡下さい。
ご使用になったり、洗濯した商品 (お客様の元で傷/汚れが生じた場合)　はご返品をお受けできません。
セール、アウトレット品、福袋などの特価商品もご返品をお受けできません。

■ Returns, Defective Items, Cancellations, and Refunds
Please contact us at [rodiconnect@gmail.com] to receive instructions on how to proceed with returns. Items returned without prior contact will not be processed, so please be aware of this.
Refunds will be issued after the return process is completed.

If the return or exchange is due to customer preference, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

■ Return Period
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for returns/exchanges. Items that have been used, washed, or damaged/soiled by the customer cannot be returned.
Sale items, outlet products, and lucky bags are non-returnable.
